So apparently my building decided to cut off AND REMOVE the physical cable carrying tv/internet into my building because they thought no one was using it anymore.  WTF!  So now I've enabled my iphone as a hot spot and am pretty pissed off about it because now my cell phone bill is even more ridiculous.

Until further notice, blog entries are going to be short and sweet and will be based off of whichever email is at the top of my inbox.

The Checkout – Live at Berklee presents saxophonist Jaleel Shaw on Thursday, February 7, 8:00 pm at The Red Room at Cafe 939 (939 Boylston St). Shaw has released two solo albums and is a member of the Roy Haynes Quartet – featured on Haynes’s Grammy-nominated CD, Whereas. He has also performed with Christian McBride, Jason Moran, Roy Hargrove, Jimmy Cobb and others, and received two ASCAP Young Jazz Composer Awards. Shaw, a Berklee alumnus, will be performing with fellow alumnus pianist Lawrence Fields, bassist Boris Kozlov, and drummer Johnathan Blake.
