Fort Point Fitness - Tuesdays

Get Moving and Stay Fit with Fort Point Fitness! Friends of Fort Point Channel, in partnership with Channel Fitness, Fort Point’s local gym, provides FREE exercise classes to the public. Fort Point Fitness is a mix of Yoga, Pilates, and Boot camps rotating every Tuesday until the end of September. You don’t need to be a fitness buff to join in on the activity- all fitness levels are welcome.

August 7th Children’s Wharf Park PILATES
August 14th Atlantic Wharf YOGA
August 21st Children’s Wharf Park BOOT CAMP
September 11th Atlantic Wharf YOGA
September 18th Children’s Wharf Park PILATES
September 25th Children’s Wharf Park BOOT CAMP

Present- end of September
Every Tuesday 5:30-6:50 p.m.
Fort Point Fitness Calendar

Where: Exercise locations alternate between Atlantic Wharf 290 Congress Street, Children’s Wharf Park 308 Congress Street, and Moakley Courthouse Park One Courthouse Way. The Nearest T stop is South Station

    I think it's cool that there are programs for children. I think it really helps parents to remember that their kids need to exercise too! :)
