
In the spirit of a traditional midsummer clambake, The Blue Room Chef Robert Grant will be cooking up an all-you-can-eat spread of succulent Maryland Blue Crab, New England steamers, fresh corn on the cob and potatoes, served family-style on communal paper-covered tables. Paired with icy local brews from the likes of Narragansett Beer, Pretty Things Brewery and Cambridge Brewing Company, there’s no better way to crack into Maryland’s finest shellfish.
