
Mobile app platform TourSphere has put together a list of free mobile apps here in Boston (or a day trip away) that provide users with great multimedia tours of historical sites, gardens, and cities. The tours, which just need a mobile device (smartphone, iPad, etc.) to access, provide visitors with maps, supplementary multimedia materials, and other information, and they're great for bringing places to life for the kids.
