I hope everyone had a great 4th of July.  I spent the weekend up in New Hampshire at my friend's lakehouse.  It was nice to get away.  And thankfully, I did not end up feeding the mosquitos to the extent that I thought I would.  I also got to play my first round of real golf ever.  So that was cool.

My personal mandate for the summer is to spend as much time outside as I can before it gets cold again.  So you can bet your bottom dollar that I'm going to try to checkout a few of the Harborwalk Sounds concerts that start up this week.

The Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston (ICA) once again partners with the world-renowned Berklee College of Music to present HarborWalk Sounds, a wildly popular series of free summer concerts on the Boston waterfront. Showcasing some of the best new talent Berklee has to offer, HarborWalk Sounds takes place on the ICA’s stunning Putnam Investments Plaza (100 Northern Ave, Boston) from 6 – 8:30 p.m. on ICA Free Thursday Nights through the summer.

July 7: Tubby Love & Eric Robertson (reggae/roots)
July 14: il abanico (indie pop)
