
Morning Yoga Every Thursday at The Boston Common Frog Pond
(May 5 – June 9)
What more energizing way to start your spring day than with an outdoor yoga class in the country’s oldest park! Noted Baptiste Power Vinyasa instructor, Kyoungho Koh, will be leading a class each Thursday morning from 9:00-10:30am (May 5 – June 9) in front of the Frog Pond Pavilion next to the reflecting pool.
The class is free and is drop-in only. The class is multi-level, and beginners as well as experienced yogis are welcome! Power Vinyasa is an accessible, athletic form of yoga that focuses on the value of both strength and flexibility in each pose. A limited number of mats and blocks will be available, or you can certainly bring your own.
