The Boston Latino International Film Festival is here! From November 19th to December 13th, 2009, BLIFF will be presenting the latest films pertaining to Latino social issues in the US and Latin America.
Join us for the Opening Ceremony on:
Thursday, November 19th at 6:00PM (free event)
at the Harvard Film Archive (24 Quincy Street, Cambridge, MA 02138)
Over 75 films from over 14 countries will be featured, including the United States, Argentina, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Spain and Mexico, among others.
I swung by the film festival site and watched some of the trailers. Looks like some interesting stuff.

Samantha Swan Said,
Was pleased to come across the Beantown Bloggery and this post about the Boston Latino International Film Festival. Our film THE DEVIL'S TAIL has been invited to the fest, and we're looking forward to attending with the film. Apart from the fact that we're really looking forward to Boston itself, our film's cast is from the US, Mexico and Canada, so we're really looking forward to our film playing in a US city with such a vital Latino population. Nice post.
