1000 Words: The Cruises

9/24/2009 12:47:00 AM
Perez Hilton's site has had more Boston-centric posts than I've ever seen thanks to Tom Cruise and family. With all the movies that have been filming here in the last two years, I've never seen this much press.

Here's a couple of pics from Perez's site, one from a family dinner and one from a run that Tom and Katie went on through the city.

I can't tell for sure, but is that first pic of Boylston Street? I can't make out the lettering on the restaurant in the background, but I've read that Tom has a tendency to eat at Abe & Louie's. Also on the 2nd pic, you can see the Mandarin Oriental in the background. So it would make sense that if he's staying there that he'd eat nearby.

Yup, I saw him at Abe and Louie's last week. And apparently they've shut down Union Park St for a car chase scene, as a friend had to be escorted to his home, and saw both him and Cameron Diaz outside his place.

It is Boylston Street - it says Mandarin Oriental. Are they staying there?

It says Mandarin Oriental so I guess they were running on Boylston.

It looks like Sonsie on newbury st. I've read articles that they ate there and at Abe and Louie's for dinner. So it could be either one. But if that was an older picture than the running picture, then it's definately Sonsie. They ate there first, A&L was recent, I want to say yesterday or 2 days ago.
