Red Mango, a California-based chain of nonfat frozen yogurt stores, said it has signed development deals with existing and new franchisees will result in the opening of new Red Mango stores, including one in Boston.
Red Mango added that Sean Kim and Kalin Bae, of SEKA LLC, will open the first Boston store for Red Mango later this summer. Kim and Bae first heard of Red Mango through a friend in South Korea, the chain said; both are certified jewelers, and Kim has managed eight jewelry stores in the Boston area for his family.
I haven't read anything yet about where this Red Mango will be, but I can already tell you that it's going to be packed with college students and other FroYo enthusiasts.
