It's been a while since I've noticed a condo auction. Last year I think buildings like Folio, Skyline, and Broadluxe held auctions. Next on the chopping block - Longwood Towers in Brookline. Here's the info.

This would be pretty good for doctors that work in the Longwood Medical Center area. Or possibly for students that go to any of the Fenway schools (Emmanuel, Simmons, etc).
