
Sunday: Oyster Small Plates
Sunday evenings, we will feature a variety of oyster small plates. Bored of the same old oyster on the half shell? B&G's chefs have created over 15 variations on this classic that will change weekly. Dishes will include oyster shooters, poached oysters with caviar and creme fraiche, and baked stuffed oysters.
Monday: Lobster Small Plates
On Monday evenings, indulge with a lobster small plate or two. New England's most coveted crustacean will be served up both traditionally, like a warming lobster bisque, as well as signature creations such as lobster sliders.
Pardon me while I wipe the drool off my face. I'm definitely going to have to find some time to make it over to B&G and try this out.
