
I just finished browsing through the recipes and now I'm drooling. I would start with the Charcoaled venison racks with risotto of pear and taleggio from Scampo (page 12). Then I'd wash it down with the Liquid Chocolate from Clink (page 18) and then finish the meal off with the Country Apple Tart from Finale (page 19).
Delicious.
