Hi-Fi Pizza Shooting

3/31/2008 10:44:00 AM
Well, add Hi-Fi Pizza to the list of places I won't be eating anymore. It used to be a standard late night destination after bar-hopping or clubbing - mostly because a lot of my friends lived in Central Square.

Although police have yet to identify a victim, witnessses said at least one person was shot during an altercation inside the Hi-Fi Pizza shop at the corner of Mass. Ave. and Brookline Street around 2:50 a.m.

2:50am. That's prime after-club dining time. Clubs get out at 2am, you figure it takes a little while to either catch a cab and/or stumble over to the restaurant, and then stand in line waiting for your slice of greasy greasy cheese pizza. And then someone comes in with a gun. Scary....

At least the guy was arrested right away. Good job to the officer on duty.

Wow, I don't think its such a big deal. That was one of a few shootings that happend in cambridge the last few months. It shouldn't effect where your going to half a slice slice of greasy pizza. It could happen anywhere
