Per one of my earlier posts, I admitted to being just a free weights and cardio kind of guy. But, I did recently add yoga to the mix in hopes of increasing my flexibility. I'm hoping that one day in the distant future, I'll be able to touch my toes again. I've been hitting the yoga classes off and on as my work travel schedule permits and it has been a decent workout. The "gentle" yoga classes are mainly for flexibility, but the power yoga does kick me in the ass.

Join 19 of the most senior yoga teachers at the Global Mala Project Sun Salutation Event at the Cambridge Masonic Hall and then join us for the Global Mala Project Evening event for a kirtan concert with Krishna Das and a dharma talk by best selling author Jon Kabat Zin.
