The 26th season of King Richard's Faire opens this weekend starting 9/1. For those of you that don't know, King Richard's Faire is a recreation of a 16th century English marketplace at festival time. It's like Medieval Times meets the State Fair and it's open on weekends through October 21st.
Click (here) for a schedule of performances including jousting, actors, dancers, puppeteers, jugglers, minstrels, mimes, magicians, musicians, a zoo, and tons of food. This festival takes place on an 80 acre village, there will be plenty to do, I'm sure.
Tickets are $25 for adults. Click (here) for a $1 coupon.

Anonymous Said,
My boyfriend and I have been going for 2 years now. We have decided to go each fall. It's a fun time and it keeps us doing activities during the fall like apple picking. They have all kinds of interesting animals and the people are really into the whole 16th century thing. It's great!
