Cambidge River Festival

6/15/2007 03:57:00 PM
Happy Friday Everyone. Hope you've all made it through the week relatively unscathed. Tomorrow (6/16/07), the Cambridge Arts Council is hosting their 28th annual Cambridge River Festival.

This year's theme is "Twist and Shout" and the festivities begin at noon until 6pm. Seeing as how it's a River Festival, the partying will commence along the banks of the Charles River on Mem Drive between JFK Street and Western Ave.

There will be four stages with various performers: dance, jazz, gospel msuic, world music, and moder music. There will also be a children's stage with free music/dance lessons.

So bring the whole family, check out some of the music, pick something up at the Art Bazaar and grab a snack at the World of Food.
